Bethesda Community Assistance and Relationship Enrichment Centre (BCARE) is a voluntary welfare organization formed with the purpose to express care for the community through social service and welfare assistance.Our aim is to provide assistance to the poor and needy in the community, and promote relationship enrichment among the residents of Hougang. BCARE is registered with MCYS as Ambassador for Family Life Education. Since 2003, we have operated School Family Education Centres at Xinghua Primary School, Xinmin Primary School, Hougang Primary School and Yuying Secondary School.
